And, if you are looking for a riveting read this summer, and to improve your extensive reading skills, I would strongly recommend my sister's debut novel, A Proper Mother, which has just been released! The novel is a poignant chronicle of life as a mother and a wife, and portrays the protagonist Frankie's life, punctuated by events involving her youngest son, Michael.
